Thank you for your review. We are sorry your experience here was not a great one. In regard to pay, all employees make at least the minimum wage set by the City of Chicago and many employees make well above that. We review compensation at least annually, and we strive to pay all of our employees competitively.
We were surprised that you feel that there’s no upward movement in Sales, as all of our current Sales Managers started out as either Porters or Sales Consultants and were promoted into a management position.
It’s unfortunate that you feel you didn’t get sufficient information on our insurance, and we are always striving to get more information to our employees. Since November, we revised our orientation program, and go over benefits extensively with new employees and answer any questions they may have. We also provide informational sessions during open enrollment annually. I’m sorry you felt the HR Department was unresponsive; we do our best to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours
