It's a great job, you won't get bored. If you get your route set up you'll make good money
Cons
Things are constantly changing, not so much with the company, but with the industry, you'll have to keep working, no coasting.

Pros
Working remotely for the last 6 years has been great. The company has seen tremendous growth and I think it is largely due to the tenure of employees, their deep historical knowledge, and the care they have to about the company and their teams.
Cons
This year people in the office got raises and those of us at home got skipped over completely. It's worth pointing out that most of the longest tenured employees are all working from home. The people who have been here the longest, know the most and have the most invested in this company are the ones getting passed over.
