- Ability ot work remote, highly flexible - Complete ownership of projects from beginning to end - Friendly co-workers

Cons

- Poor benefits (rely on my wife's benefits to make up for it) - Too many priorities, not enough staff to go around to execute everything and then support it after finishing - Because of lack of staff, not enough paths for promotion

Pros

Working remotely for the last 6 years has been great. The company has seen tremendous growth and I think it is largely due to the tenure of employees, their deep historical knowledge, and the care they have to about the company and their teams.

Cons

This year people in the office got raises and those of us at home got skipped over completely. It's worth pointing out that most of the longest tenured employees are all working from home. The people who have been here the longest, know the most and have the most invested in this company are the ones getting passed over.
