Pros

I'm holding on with both hands because it's rare to find a company with such growth these days. There's not much good competition in what we're doing so the company grows pretty much unfettered. Unlike my last job, management here gives you the tools you need to be successful. Then– they let you to it without much hassle. It seems like we’re between a small company and a medium-size company so things move fast and you feel like you make a big difference, without the larger company bureaucracies and hoops to jump through. EASILY the fastest growing company I've ever worked for. Management never tries to squeeze additional work out of you by asking you to stay late all the time or come in early. I like the fact that I'm not asked to come in on weekends like my last job. The bosses here insist I take vacation. I get PTO I can take for any reason, without having to lie. It feels like the owners/upper managers really care I get time away from the office--in my experience, THAT’S RARE.

Cons

A lack of focus on managing managing out those that need to move on to “other endeavors”. Overall –great pay and benefits and a great work hard/play hard mentality. The growth of the company is awesome, but that presents some challenges how it impacts culture...Nothing significant. No free lunch :( Sometimes it’s becoming more and more bureaucratic– comes with the territory I guess with a growing company. It still feels entrepreneurial, though.

Pros

Working remotely for the last 6 years has been great. The company has seen tremendous growth and I think it is largely due to the tenure of employees, their deep historical knowledge, and the care they have to about the company and their teams.

Cons

This year people in the office got raises and those of us at home got skipped over completely. It's worth pointing out that most of the longest tenured employees are all working from home. The people who have been here the longest, know the most and have the most invested in this company are the ones getting passed over.
