Pros
Good work, good coworkers and good benefits. The job itself is enjoyable and the people you work with day to day are great.
Cons
Earned merit raises were recently put on hold with no explanation and no timeline for when or if they will happen. People were counting on that money and it was tied to performance, not a bonus. It is pretty simple. If you treat your employees well and pay them fairly they are going to work hard for you. If you don't, they won't be as motivated to go the extra mile. You can't expect people to push themselves to perform better or help grow the company if there is no sign the effort will ever be rewarded.
