There is so much inconsistency with their policies it changes all the time! Upper management is secretive and malice with your time and dedication to succeed. They will throw you under the bus and lie about you to the owner to make themselves look good. It's not a good environment to create a team environment. I am currently looking to leave this place. Recently raises have been cut from quarterly reviews to annual reviews with management only looking out for themselves that Gimmick on unprecedented raises seems like a big fat lie the recruiter sold me just to get me in the door. I can not wait to leave here and find an established company that knows how to treat their people. You will have a gut feeling about this company while interviewing.
