Of the many, quietly successful employees, there will be a rare situation where one who doesn’t make the grade. Our turnover remains much lower than the 15% nationwide average because our Managers have much better working conditions than the crazy hours of dealership management. Also, it's important that our sales people can close at a decent rate, otherwise they'll not be successful here, or in any sales position.
