Pros

I've spent the last 12 years working in the Biomedical Field, as well as Healthcare Cost Containment. These industries are exciting in their own right, but I have fallen in love with the business of car keys, and keyless entry remotes. This industry is much bigger than I originally anticipated, and this company is hands down the industry leader. I'm amazed by the growth this company has achieved, and it doesn't show any signs of slowing down in the near future. If you aren't excited, you must not be paying attention. Car Keys Express is a big company that somehow manages to maintain the feel of a small business. I've never felt like a number at this company. If you view certain practices, or policies as negative, I'm certain you could approach the owner, or the vice president without consequence. I'm excited, and grateful to be a part of this team. I can't wait to see our achievements five years from now.

Cons

My advice to current employees harboring negative feelings, would be to speak up. I fully believe that every employee at this company has an opportunity to be a part of the solution. My advice to future candidates would be to ignore these negative reviews. If you're a motivated person, that's ready to get to work, Car Keys Express will give you an opportunity you won't regret.

Pros

Working remotely for the last 6 years has been great. The company has seen tremendous growth and I think it is largely due to the tenure of employees, their deep historical knowledge, and the care they have to about the company and their teams.

Cons

This year people in the office got raises and those of us at home got skipped over completely. It's worth pointing out that most of the longest tenured employees are all working from home. The people who have been here the longest, know the most and have the most invested in this company are the ones getting passed over.
