Pros

The only pro, is that your weekends are free here. Other than that, the pros are non existing.

Cons

Leadership team is inward focused. They want to grow but have a non existent strategy. They cannot support current volumes so why open yourself up to more customer issues that have not yet been solved? Inventory is always the issue, I have to plead with my customers to not leave and go to a competitor. Product is not up to park with competition. I'm afraid the rug will soon be pulled

Average $70k, twice what our competitors pay Top performers $100k plus Personal freedom without supervision Best stocked in the industry, with 3 times what competitors have We’re looking forward to even more record-breaking years, and even more opportunities for our team, who are provided the best pay, most inventory, best working conditions, and the most opportunities in the industry--by far! 1) From our job posting: “After one year, our typical tech earns over $68,000 per year. Our top 30% earn over $82,000 per year. Our highest performers make over $110,000 per year.” All those things are true, except one. Our average tech earns not $68k, but, rather $70k. It's mathematical evidence of our management and ownership's commitment to having the best paid technicians in the history of the industry. No one comes close, with our techs earning 2-3 times what competitors pay. 2) We have a robust communications suite that goes all the way to top management and ownership so team members can voice their opinions about any subject--even anonymously. You can use email, text, or phone. Since we never heard anything from this person, it looks like more sabotaging posts from a troubled former employee that posts repeated fake negative posts. It’s sad because this site could be used for good, but it's reduced to so many phony posts. 3) With that said, that post gives us the opportunity to respond, and announce some exciting news! We have two national accounts joining soon, which will bring our average 50% year-over-year growth even higher. Also, we’re instituting a program allowing our field technicians yet another level of promotion with the ability to manage others. Yet another program allows techs to sell our services, allowing them to earn even more! 4) Our techs get the most personal freedom in the industry. While our competitors are largely confined to one location, our techs are highly mobile and self-supervised. 5) We stock our service vehicles with three times more keys than our competitors do, allowing our techs to earn twice to three times what our competitors pay. Our highest performers earn over six figure incomes. We’re so proud to offer this tremendous opportunity so rare in today’s economy. Pros

Working remotely for the last 6 years has been great. The company has seen tremendous growth and I think it is largely due to the tenure of employees, their deep historical knowledge, and the care they have to about the company and their teams.

Cons

This year people in the office got raises and those of us at home got skipped over completely. It's worth pointing out that most of the longest tenured employees are all working from home. The people who have been here the longest, know the most and have the most invested in this company are the ones getting passed over.
