Our top 30% earn over $82,000 per year. Our highest performers make over $110,000 per year.” All those things are true, except one. Our average tech earns not $68k, but, rather $70k. It's mathematical evidence of our management and ownership's commitment to having the best paid technicians in the history of the industry.
