Pros
We are Industry leaders. I've sold many products over my professional career. This is the only time I've had the best product and the best people AND the best prices. Our service sells itself! Our company has grown like a weed but still maintains an intimate feel. Everyone knows (and in most cases!) likes everyone. 40 hour work week. My motto has always been work hard, play hard. That philosophy works here in my opinion. You are rarely if ever asked to do work outside normal business hours. Casual work environment. Like shorts? Wear 'em. Like sports? Wear your colors anytime you feel like it. There are games around the office, and when time permits I'll play a game.
Cons
Not enough time to play games! The company is growing so fast that an 8 hour day goes by in a blink of the eye and often times I must forgo a game of foosball, pool or even ping pong. The biggest con in the company is we mistakenly hire a few people that had to be let go and they are the type of people that sit around on glassdoor.
