Pros

Reasonable starting salary for fresh graduates.

Cons

- No real transferrable skills after joining the company (you will just learn how to take calls and set appointments) - Job Title and how they present the scope of work may sound complex and enticing but in reality you’ll just be a call center agent - You are expected to work over time (almost every day) - They say hybrid set up but most of the time you are expected to work at the office - They will fire you the moment you fail to meet unrealistic targets. (no job stability here) - Very toxic, stressful environment dressed as friendly treatment Please Big 4 graduates, save your self and don’t join this no name company. You have worked hard through 4 years of college just to take calls at night. Exit opportunity or to find a career in line with what you’ll get here is close to none.

Pros

One of the fastest-growing companies in the industry, with strong momentum across multiple regions. Excellent client base with significant growth potential, and relationships that are built on mutual respect and collaboration. Many high-growth accounts still being developed as the company expands its overseas operations — it feels like a unique and exciting time to join. Smart, driven, and supportive colleagues. The team culture is genuinely one of the strongest parts of the company and the overwhelming culture is fun and dynamic. The opportunity to build out a book of business not just in a single region but also globally as the company continues expanding.

Cons

Given the competitive nature of the industry, the workload can be demanding, and delivering strong client service often requires long hours — especially during peak periods. Not the right fit for everyone; success requires patience, adaptability, and a willingness to learn the processes while helping develop newer team members. As with any fast-growing company, there can be typical scaling challenges, but these are improving over time.
