      Enjoyed a good few years here, great workmates and friendly atmosphere and interesting projects. Management communication good and employees seemed valued

      Cons

      Starting going downhill with new MD and management seemed to lose interest in the employees

      Community oriented, good values, not high stress

      Cons

      Under staffed. Lower level employees not paid well, so huge turn over rate. Some of the management was difficult to work with.
