Pros
Capture has decent benefits, provides a nice computer and has a lot of really great people who are passionate about what they do. Some departments have a flexible work schedule, but not all. Steve Huey is one of the nicest CEOs I've ever met.
Cons
The change in VP/management in the last year and a half has been detrimental to employees, culture and the company itself. Everyone knows it's an issue and no one will address it.
