Pros
There are a few people that really care, majority have no idea what they’re doing.
Cons
- unstructured onboarding - only thing management cares about is billing clients - if it is not billable, like training, it is not important or recognized work - less than 5 people have more than a year experience - benefits are terrible - may or may not pay out bonus or pto when you leave, likely will not - 6 + jobs churned into 1 and salary equivalent to 1 job - no respect for pto time, company will still expect you to be on call for clients - no structure or hierarchy, majority of people managed by people with no experience - you are either micromanaged or ignored
