Pros

Benefits are on par with most organizations, i.e. health insurance, PTO, FSA, etc. Salary is competitive and they try to retain star employees.

Cons

Shady on boarding and off boarding practices. It is not uncommon for employees, even those who have been there for years, to suddenly receive termination paperwork in the mail without any prior warning, on a weekend nonetheless. The headquarters is laid out in a typical office setting with high cube walls and little stimulus to keep you engaged with your teammates. It does not encourage team building or even getting to know your neighbors. It is not uncommon to work in this medium sized, single floor building for months and still bump into people you've never seen before. Some management is quick to axe their employees in exchange for a better office, bigger salary or other perks. This is not a company you work at to feel valued, enjoy what you do or interact with your teammates on a positive level. Rather it's a gateway to something better. It's mundane environment leaves much to desire and it will disappoint.

Pros

Almost no Pros for this position, if you are just looking for a manufacturing role this seems like an alright company that at least tries to care about you. The free lunches are usually pretty good too.

Cons

Bad pay, very strict time schedules, and ZERO engineering experience expected to be gained from this role. You are treated as a full time manufacturing associate. This entire company does not know how to utilize talent accordingly, engineers are doing menial tasks and you are doing NOTHING. Every promotion or managerial position seems to be decided entirely on if you are related to someone higher up in the company or if you are buddy buddy with a manager.
