Pros

Competitive Salary Good software support Once you learn the products, the job can be fairly easy. The company constantly improves its technologies.

Cons

No career growth opportunities unless you become a manager. Manager positions are rare. There is a huge salary gap between managers and sales employees even though responsibilities are extremely similar. Upper management doesn't ask for feedback from employees about managers and due to the entrepreneurial style of the company managers can do whatever they want with no consequences. No company culture whatsoever.

Pros

Almost no Pros for this position, if you are just looking for a manufacturing role this seems like an alright company that at least tries to care about you. The free lunches are usually pretty good too.

Cons

Bad pay, very strict time schedules, and ZERO engineering experience expected to be gained from this role. You are treated as a full time manufacturing associate. This entire company does not know how to utilize talent accordingly, engineers are doing menial tasks and you are doing NOTHING. Every promotion or managerial position seems to be decided entirely on if you are related to someone higher up in the company or if you are buddy buddy with a manager.
