Pros
- Nothing much really, close to LKF? I could sit in front of the mountain facing windows, daydream all day and still get paid
- Senior Consultants were great people to work with, but I head they have all left?
Cons
- Existing book of business was a joke - you have to cold call a ton of places end up having HR giving you the cold shoulder
- Management did not understand value of having new logos under their belt - this is essential for getting repeat business from companies which have the budget, but needs time to realize value of hiring a specialist recruiter in Hong Kong
- Favoritism was played upon a certain team, bullying wasn't uncommon
- Consultants weren't allowed/trained to use Zoho when I was there, Google Sheets were a waste of time to deal with and lacked transparency
- Toxic culture: mandatory Friday lunches which wasn't even paid for. How can you expect a graduate fork out $200+ for team lunch every week?
