Pros
The company paid well even though they were losing money hand over fist. They were aquired by open text September 2008 and the dismantling started immediately.
Cons
Telling everyone they were going to find a buyer that would keep the company intact. Basically gave everyone false hope, then let everyone go right on the middle of a recession.
