Worst mid-level management ever - Sourcing Manager Captain Fresh Employee Review

– The mid-level management is atrociously bad. They force employees to work 16-18 hours a day. I've worked in several startups but have never faced anything this poor. — The founder does not know what is happening in the ground level and has deployed rude and unprofessional people to run teams. Every single member who I interacted with wants to leave this company asap and are just waiting for their review cycle to get over. – HR is just for namesake. They dont care about any employee and are just spokespeople for their poor mid-management.
