      Good Tech Company with terrible management (dishonnest and manipulative)

      Cons

      The HR and the management are horrible and manipulative. A bunch of friends with control over the company. No useful feeback to help you improve. But when you do wrong they let you know. HR imposes useless goals to achieve. I worked there for over 2 years and have witnessed the greatest and most brilliant talent just leave the company because of it. A lot of bullshit titles in order to allow many useless promotions

      Small family like environment where everyone knows each other and treats people with respect!

      With a small company comes some fragmented processes and tools but lots of opportunity to grow!
