Pros
The thing that Capsule does best is hiring - they have managed to hire some really fantastic people in every department. Not only are they hard workers, but they are talented at what they do and hold their own in front of clients large and small. Everyone gets along well and leadership has fostered a great working environment. The benefits are pretty decent with good PTO, flexibility to work remote and paid health insurance.
Cons
Because it's a small shop, you are asked to wear many hats or try something new, so if you're uncomfortable with that, that should be a consideration before applying. Pay is below local standards, but what you lose in salary, you gain in cool clients and a great work environment.
