Pros
Pay is middle-of-the-road for devs; not great, but not terrible. Developer work is pretty structured and there are a few good engineering processes set up.
Cons
Capsule is a FANTASTIC idea, but it can’t be a great business without the right strategy and people to achieve it. The product/operations management team lacks the experience and capability to operate a growth business. They basically failed to scale/grow the company in 2021/2022 and are aimlessly trying to pivot into making the operation cost-efficient. In my opinion, shifting to ops profitability takes a lot of work and requires supply chain optimization experience which they don't have. The management team's lack of expertise manifests into many confusing pivots and abandoned projects for software developers. I think the main con about working here is that its unlikely Capsule will work out without a significant change in leadership or strategy. So unless you are that person, there's a good chance things won't get better.
