Good start, bad end - Anonymous employee Capsugel Employee Review

Ridiculous objectives in terms of revenues and EBIDTA, giving excuses to Management not to give full bonus alothough individual performance is good. Lots of senior Managers are not at the right position, and don't drive as they should. Organization is a constant mess, nobody knows who is accountable for what. This ambiguity is encourage by senior management. Company re-orientated to drug develoment but Management has no idea how a drug is developed. Too little respect towards customers. No much respect for work/life balance.
