Pros
The only real Pro about this place is that you can make a lot of money if you are willing work 60+ hours a week.
Cons
There may be to many to include here, but I will do my best so that no one takes a position here or works with this company without knowing first hand how they operate.
First, the Upper Management specifically tells their employees to lie to clients about their titles and position within CapstoneONE in order to get an in into any organization.
They also do all they can to prevent recruiters from working on their own job orders and to strictly focus on the job orders of the Senior Leaders. While this is to be expected, there has to be more focus on developing the recruiters in the organization.
They also have a habit of making up rules for the office when they benefit themselves and don't really care about any of their employees.
Overall, over the past 2 years the company has turned into a place where the owners hire their friends and previous team members from Ranstad while pushing everyone else out.
If you are looking for a recruiting firm to work at, you can do much better than this place.
P.S. if you bring up this review on Glassdoor I am sure they will give you the same line they give everyone about Glassdoor reviews "Those reviews are only from unhappy or bad employees who don't work at the organization any more. They really don't hold any merit as to how the company really is."
