This workplace is so toxic, and it doesn't seem to be getting any better. Management is actively writing fake positive reviews for the company on Glassdoor rather than exercising humility, handling their issues, and choosing to grow as individuals and leaders. The only kind of growth mindset they employ is a financial one. They do not care about their employees.
