      The employees at Capstone have a passion for what they do and have a great amount of respect for each other and their customers. Everyone is easy to work with and willing to lend a hand when something comes up.

      Better benefits and other perks would be nice.

      Pros

      It's a relaxed no pressure environment, fun company events, good pay, no micro managing. Good benifits, strong growth for the last several years and big growth already coming in the future from new contracts. Bonuses at the end of year, pets ok in office. Gaming system and big screen TV with couches in office for all to use. Fun company sponsored outings to things like movies or family fun centers.

      Cons

      None that I can really think of. Microwaves are downstairs.
