      The pay is very decent. But the family focus is the best. The management really cares about ever one of its employees.

      Cons

      I honestly can't think of anything negative other than the 401k match could be a little better.

      Some residents were nice to work with.

      Cons

      -Roaches -Frustrated resident due to neglected maintenance issues -high level of phone work -disorganization -frequent turnover -expected to sell a rundown apartment community
