Terrible company, low pay - Project Manager Capstone Logistics Employee Review

Low pay, no work/life balance, ever increasing responsibilities, no training, terrible communication and just treated like dirt. Upper management doesn’t respect you, you’re just a body. Extremely favortism. Honestly, they were very frantic and negative at all times. A lot of penny pinching; signs of a failing company. Would recommend working for any one of their competitors
