      Benefits are ok but not the best.

      Cons

      Too much upper management to get anything approved like pay raises for team. If you can’t recruit then you get stuck working everyday on salary!!

      Pros

      staying busy keeping active pretty much it's a workout.

      Cons

      very shady pay. you don't get paid hourly you get paid according to the trucks and they do not give you insight according to how much each truck is. you in term share the pay with the other package handlers.
