      Great company, freedom to run your region as needed.

      Cons

      Can be one sided. First to snitch gets heard, won't do a thorough investigation. Can be hard for manager or directors depending on who your VP or Director is and how well they train.

      Pros

      staying busy keeping active pretty much it's a workout.

      Cons

      very shady pay. you don't get paid hourly you get paid according to the trucks and they do not give you insight according to how much each truck is. you in term share the pay with the other package handlers.
