*Good company to work for just keep your head down and do your job. *Pay is good *They say benefits after 90 days been there 5 months have not seen any benefits yet. *You accumalate pto just can not use it until 1 year. *Train you on Equipment *Paid Every Week

Where do I start *Hr Department is Terrible *Company System is not set up for 5 months of being open. *Not training employees right *Lack up actually promoting within company like promised *Messy/Liars *Expects Employees to do work that is not of Job Description *Hands attendance points to employees that dont belong to them(other employees attendance point *Employees are always in fight/flight mode due to constant threats all day. *Hire leads with no skills of the job/enviroment *Ask regular employees to train other employees(not there job title) *Throws hard working employees under the bus to cover there own failures *Starts work Day Off with Angry mertings everyday and expects Employees to have/be Happy and Productive. *Punishes Everyone over Others mistake *Sucking the JOY everyone has for the job away turning Good Employees into Stressed out and Strained Nervous Employees *Everyone started off prasing the job and being there now everyone cant wait to get off and find other employment less stress filed *Talks to employees like they pay alot more then other jobs when they do not the pay can def be matched by other companies and is average pay in the warehouse communities. *NOT OVERTIME FRIENDLY *NO HOLIDAY PAY UNLESS YOU WORK ON THAT HOLIDAY *Dont go above and beyond just do your job(they will let you go above and beyond but they dont really appreciate it) *Spend most of that day barking complaints and barely ever Congradulate you for your hard work. *Expects you to do Extra work that is not in your job description. *All the ones in charge tells you different policies and rules and will punish you for following those rules/policies that you were Instructed to follow. *Has false meetings with you leaving you nervous and scared of loosing your Job just to come back and say Sorry it was a Mistake yours was mixed up with someone else's.Weird,Weird,and scary and leaves you Unmotivated for the JOB now.
