      Promotes within the company, relaxed environment as long as you do your work, lots of overtime.

      Cons

      Low pay, lots of mandatory overtime, management doesn't know what they're doing half the time.

      Pros

      staying busy keeping active pretty much it's a workout.

      Cons

      very shady pay. you don't get paid hourly you get paid according to the trucks and they do not give you insight according to how much each truck is. you in term share the pay with the other package handlers.
