      The site manager was unprofessional and most of the leads cherry picked to maximize their paycheck while leaving smaller loads for others with no payout

      Pros

      staying busy keeping active pretty much it's a workout.

      Cons

      very shady pay. you don't get paid hourly you get paid according to the trucks and they do not give you insight according to how much each truck is. you in term share the pay with the other package handlers.
