Pros
Great people behind the madness.
Cons
Horrible pay and treatment to the hourly workforce talent. Many associates are paid below minimum wage to do labor and management and payroll balances it at end of week by paying minimum wage for hours worked. Associates are not paid for tone that they sit on the click waiting for tucks to unload throughout the day or late trucks. Vacation pay and PTO is paid at an hourly rate equal to the 13 week average pay rate, which is unstable and unfair. Capstone promotes fault hiring practices and hiring of employees not qualified to pass E-Verify or I9 verification. There ate no SOPs for any processes and disciplinary action is subject to individual perception. Management is taught to cover up for all unemployment claims, even if there is a valid claim. I would never recommend this place to anyone to work, not even in management.
