If all truck are unloaded you get to go home regardless of how many hours it’s been, could be less then 8 sometimes
Cons
Your pay is based on the amount of trucks you do for the week it isn’t hourly, favoritism play a huge role on how your check comes out. Some truck pay better then others, some don’t pay good at all usually those are the big ones unfortunately.
