      Pros

      The Co workers are great to be around. Friendly and down to earth.

      Cons

      Leadership is chaotic. Don't look forward to moving up beyond a "coach" aka trainer. Even that position comes with a headache. Work is decent if you know how to cheat the system. Production pay is terrible.

      Pros

      staying busy keeping active pretty much it's a workout.

      Cons

      very shady pay. you don't get paid hourly you get paid according to the trucks and they do not give you insight according to how much each truck is. you in term share the pay with the other package handlers.
