      traveling, good pay, perdiem, networking, hotels, and benefits

      no open door policy you can never reach human resources you can be suspended or fired without warning or good reason projects can end early management and leads are protected right or wrong hard moving up or being promoted

      Pros

      staying busy keeping active pretty much it's a workout.

      Cons

      very shady pay. you don't get paid hourly you get paid according to the trucks and they do not give you insight according to how much each truck is. you in term share the pay with the other package handlers.
