      Pros

      Capstone does offer insurance and a 401k, they have good benefits.

      Cons

      Physically demanding and the worksheets are hard to read there is no indication of what numbers on the sheet measure, I was extremely confused my first 2 weeks on the job.

      Pros

      staying busy keeping active pretty much it's a workout.

      Cons

      very shady pay. you don't get paid hourly you get paid according to the trucks and they do not give you insight according to how much each truck is. you in term share the pay with the other package handlers.
