They mess up your pay weekly! Not a Pro, but there are none!
Cons
No business knowledge. Lack basic appreciation for people.....people are revenue for them, that's it! They don't care if you get hurt, except financially, and have no idea how to effectively manage/lead people. The "care" stops at the leads, and from there up they are self promoting idiots! Stay away, this is coming from a former Director....I know!
