      Decent pay for entry-level. Eligible for Health benefits after 60 days. Decent exposure to distribution center operational systems. Road crew a plus.

      Cons

      Being 3PL and answering not only to your company but also the one you support. Hard tying to schedule vacation.

      Pros

      staying busy keeping active pretty much it's a workout.

      Cons

      very shady pay. you don't get paid hourly you get paid according to the trucks and they do not give you insight according to how much each truck is. you in term share the pay with the other package handlers.
