Pros
1. Bi-weekly pay. 2. Employees from other departments that were actually concerned for my well being and when they knew my supervisor was away would check up on me to make sure I was okay due to the supervisor I had thinking it is okay to yell at your employees not only in front of the entire department you work in but easily audible from all other departments on the floor I worked on. This would not fly in 2024.
Cons
1. Verbally and mentally abusive supervisor at the time. 2. Job duties changed without notice only to find out during 1-on-1's due to supervisor not wanting to accept the blame for responsibilities that she did not get taken care of so pass the buck to the person lowest on the totem pole in order so she could continue to come to work to shop on Amazon all morning. 3. HR not empowered to actually look into toxic work culture.
