      There are no pros-absolutely none-to working with this company

      Cons

      No management direction, poor corporate controls, poor financial controls, a hostile CEO that undervalues all amployees (especially Americans), no recruiting database, no CRM or client database, little on-shore recruiting and no teamwork. This company is a living white paper on how to be in business for 20 years and never grow.

      Pros

      Very nice people! Great work life balance when time off was needed. Average benefits.

      Cons

      Not very proactive with finding new contract projects for contractors. Communication needs to be improved regarding HR processes and changes. Tech support was not responsive when technical issues arose.
