      -Surrounded by great people who really enjoy their work. -Very flat organization; you are a knock on the door away from the president -Great history and proud employees -Competitive salary -Good Benefits -Tons of room for upward movement within the organization -Community focused company with a desire to make a difference -Nerf gun fights and beers on Friday afternoon (head office only)

      - Lack of organization sometimes - Paperwork... - Insurance industry can be boring

      Flexible hours Many opportunities for advancement Great atmosphere, lots of office activities that include everyone

      Cons

      No vision coverage, a few other coverage's have also been reduced significantly over the last couple years More recognition for employees would be nice at times. Letting people know their work they do for the company is valued keeps us going.

      -No vision coverage -Occasionally the left-hand does not seem to know what the right-hand is doing and this can create communication issues or breakdowns in communication
