      Pros

      Company has great benefits and perks, includes your birthday off! Year-end bonus based off performance. Good culture that believes in readily available communication.

      Cons

      Not as flexible with work from home options on emergency or as needed basis, perhaps my supervisor at the time was not as flexible with this request when I was there.
