I have worked with capreit for close to 8 years now. I find the company to be a fair and caring company that looks after its people. You don't feel like a number here. Capreit is a compilation of a lot of good hearted people, in a very tough industry, trying their best to make a very large variety of people and personalities happy. All of the people I worked with are ready to help make you job experience better. The pay is competitive, and the benefits you receive are amazing. There are many company events and even the training sessions are made to be a fun positive experience. You couldn't ask for a better company to work for.
