Poor structure - Project Manager Cappfinity Employee Review

Very poor structure, the business is too siloed meaning it's become bloated instead of streamlined. It's difficult to manage projects when multiple departments work independently of you and your project. There's no transparency in how the business is doing and major decisions are announced with no warning or preparation - company briefings are dull at best, doom and gloom at worst and nothing valuable is actually shared. The culture is too stiff with a forced positivity that company management aren't sincere about - they don't "walk the talk"
