Pros

The pride you feel working in an iconic building like the Capitol tower is hard to match. Most of the employees, especially mid-level and lower-level, have a lot of heart and understand the meaning of teamwork.

Cons

Capitol Records has a reputation for not compensating its employees as well as other major labels, but what kept people coming back were the employees. Now, under the new ownership, it's lost a lot of heart. Capitol hasn't known how to work urban music since the 90s.

Pros

Fabulous artist roster, rich history and great co-workers. Fast paced work environment. Amazing experience.

Cons

I had an incredible experience working at Capital. I left in 2002, and still over 20 years later, I am truly grateful for the experience.
