      Pros

      Was able to hone my nursing and people skills. Residents and staff are friendly and willing to help when necessary. Scheduling is very flexible.

      Cons

      No repercussions of poor staff. Different shifts would call out right before their time without any care for the staff or the residents that would have to pick up the slack, felt like the other CNAs were being punished.

      Pros

      Great team, more advanced skills than any other LTC I’ve worked at. Management is supportive and flexible with schedule. Management has an open door policy and asks us about change and involves us.lots of education

      Wish they had we hour shifts no weekend differential

      Staff and residents are friendly. Staffing can be tight sometimes but management is there to help. Supportive environment and good culture

      Building is older than others to work in but let up
