Great team feel, but frequent travel required - Senior Consultant Capitalize Consulting Employee Review

I've worked at a number of professional financial consulting firms and Capitalize is the best. I'm not kidding. Capitalize has a young, entreprenurial spirit with very bright individuals. The owners are extremely personable. The Company is fair, transparent, and will work with you where you are at. I was initially hesitant to join Capitalize as I wasn't familiar with the technology, but I am overjoyed that I did. To be successful here, you must be a good communicator, hungry for more, and you have to take ownership of projects. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience so far.

Being a small company, we don't have all of the resources at the ready. For example, adobe PDF, or other administrative things.. however, the Company is extremely open to doing things better. They listen to feedback, and if it makes sense, will adjust.

Supportive with getting you started and getting all the certifications you need.

Tribal in the sense of you get put into consulting project with other teams but you make it or break it by how they feel about you and they have a conflict of interest to take all the credit and throw you under the bus... so like any other consulting firm.
