easy entry, Flat chain of management

The average life of an employee is approx 10-12 months as soon as you join the company say goodbye to your personal life. Seniors - Helpful at a times. but Mostly ruthless, can't stand new opinions and idea, Policy- In the time of the Covid19 crisis the company has decided to keep all 6 days working. I used to work for 10 hours daily, and when u have a long day, you will be leaving from office after 14 hours There is no proper refund policy for an employee on official duty, Culture- there is nothing like a search. No company outing, no team building, no orientation. you are expected to know things on the first day itself You cant speak up your mind, and management doesn't care about the employee's wellbeing. There is no Canteen or area available for food Low Pay-they pay comparatively very less salary in the industry

Pros

1. If you want to learn on your own with no help, no mentorship, no guidance then this job might be right. 2. 2 paid holidays per month 3. Tea/Coffee twice a day 4. Alternate Saturday off (Sit without work)

Cons

If this is your first job as a fresher or you are a experienced person joining this company then this place is a big Red Flag. It would seem OK to join during interview rounds but then after joining, a drastic change will be shown, no valid HR policy. Management does not respect, value employees, will not listen to your reasonings, will assume it on it's own and scold for everything. Because of the working style and behaviour, Senior professionals don't work for long and dictates young joiners/freshers. Cannot even leave 20-30 mins early before the regular Punch out time for once as response will be 'No. it will result in company's loss'. In the Job Description it will be mentioned what all responsibilities have to be taken but 10 other responsibilities and other department work also included. No training of work will be given. When asked for training, no response. In the name of training, employee is expected to come to office from 9am to 6pm on Bank Holidays and Sundays. Company targets fresher because it's easy to dictate them.
